Academies and the Jingles Schools of Advanced Training. He and his wife, Belinda, started Salon Visage in 1984, which has grown into a multi-million dollar
company with more than 125 employees in three locations. It has been recognized as Knoxville’s best salon for thirteen years and has been featured in both
the Wall Street Journal and SELF magazine for its innovation and business practices. He is one of three Tennessee members, and a former board member, of the
exclusive Intercoiffure American/Canadian organization.
Scott Missad:
With successful experience in every aspect of the beauty industry: from distributor sales consultant, distributor
executive, and VP of sales at Redken 5th Avenue NYC, to Founder and President of Agility Group, Scott Missad has significant experience in every aspect of the
industry. A true leader, his no-nonsense, straight-forward approach, combined with an extensive knowledge of the industry, makes his programs a “must-see.”
He will provide proven systems and leadership skills to create revenue growth and, most importantly, profitability. Scott offers a simple, understandable

Monty Howard:
Monty Howard is the General Manager of Salon, Spa and Studio visage in Knoxville, Tennessee – 11 times voted the “Best of Knoxville” Salon and spa. A 1999
marketing and public relations graduate from the University of Tennessee, Monty oversees daily operations and marketing for the multi-million dollar company
with more than 10 employees. With a passion for people and training, Monty has helped develop systems and create structure for this thriving business and
can effectively translate those same practices to salons and spas of any size or status.
Jen Planck:
Jen Planck has been a dynamic hairstylist for over 10 years, including 5 seasons as a national design artist with Sebastian. Her desire is to create a
balance between creativity and business for salons and stylists. Jen’s passionate delivery shines both in the salon and as she challenges other stylists
to think outside the box and take control of their business.
