How does Strictly Business differ from other salon business development programs?
While many business building programs offer benefits that will help your business grow, most take the approach of telling you how to run
your business. Strictly Business takes the unique approach of teaching you a series of systems that will, with the correct implementation, give you strong
results. The program also acknowledges your current strengths and encourages you to learn new ways to measure your business, while tweaking the processes,
techniques and systems you currently use to make your business the strongest it can be.
May I have additional members of my management team attend?
Additional members of your salon’s management team may participate provided there is space available in the program.
Who from my team should attend Strictly Business?
The program has been developed to help Salon Owners and Managers re-think business practices and work on the development of the growth of
their business and team. Salon Owners are the primary focus of the program, while other members of the management team will benefit from the program as well.
The program is not designed for non-management members of your team.
What if I can only send one person from my salon?
The implementation of the concepts discussed at Strictly Business and the best post-program results are attained when more than one attendee
from a salon is in attendance together. However, if you are only able to send one person, you may certainly do so.
What is the cost for just one person to attend?
The program fee is based on the Salon’s participation, not the individual, so the fee is the same whether there is one or two members of your
management team participating in the program.
If I can only attend part of the four day program, can I still participate?
The program is cumulative in its effectiveness, therefore the four days of the program should be taken together in their entirety.
Why do I need to provide my financial data for the program?
The information you provide will be used to develop a set of customized breakdowns for your business specifically that will enable you
to make a real, immediate, impact on your salon business development.
Will we discuss my financial information as a group during the meeting?
You will be provided documents with your customized financial breakdowns during the program. Only you will be provided this information and
it will not be discussed in the group unless you choose to bring it up as a part of your input during the program.
When do I need to provide my financials?
Strictly Business administration will contact you approximately one month before the program start date to obtain this information.
Please do not send, or copy, Kerastase on these documents.
May I still participate in the program if I do not provide the financials, or some of the financials requested?
The effectiveness of this part of the program is diminished greatly if you do not provide your financials in advance of the event.
However, this is at your discretion and if you choose not to provide this information, you may still participate in the full program. Without financials
provided, the customization to your specific business needs will not be possible.
